Get to know your new sales coach

    I'm extremely excited that you'd like to get to know me a little better!  My name is Ron Deubel and I started selling home remodeling In Cleveland, Ohio as a 23 year old college graduate in1999, for one of the largest most well respected home improvement contractors in Northeast Ohio.   I quickly became a top producer among 20+ established sales pros as I found that the high pressure sales tactics of yesterday didn't work in today's marketplace. To close a sale on the "first call" it took a professional approach and the right sales skills to get the prospect to put their trust in me, my company, my product and my price.       

    I have always had a passion to coach and train other's who desired to be the very best in the sales arena.  In 2006 after 7 years of successful home remodeling sales experience I took my talents to the national level and became the national sales trainer for one of the largest home remodeling firms in the country.

I have assisted independently  owned contractors sell all types of home improvements.  From additions, replacement windows, siding, decks, waterproofing, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, HVAC, etc..  Responsible for implementing sales practices and training sales professionals all across the United States.  I will train and motivate sales professionals to reach their full potential through personal experience and a hands on approach.  I not only "talk the talk" but I "walk the walk".   There are many sales trainers that are great at rah! rah! training sessions, but many have not been on a in-home sales call in years.  I have a fresh and current selling approach based on today's tough economic climate.  I know what sales people are going through on a day in and day out basis.  There is nothing better than having a coach that can relate to what challenges you face each and everyday.

Can you close the deal

      My philosophy is simple, "Make a friend, create the need, give the customer what they want, educate them on what they want, so an educated buying decision can be made during your first visit".  Yes, the approach is TODAY!  You will learn presentation skills that will separate you from your competitors and learn closing techniques that will allow you to close more sales and make more money than ever before.   

        There are 3 things that you can not train... D - P - D = Dedication, Preparation and Determination.  If you can bring these three intangibles to the table every sales appointment you go on....I'll assure you with my selling approach and closing techniques, you will be a high volume producer year in and year out!  You'll come away from every teleconference with sales techniques you'll be able to use on your next sales appointment.
